Very patient friendly office! The staff was supportive, informative and efficient! Dr VanHoose was impressive in his skills, communication and patient support! I couldn’t have been happier with, or more impressed by, my experience!

My daughter was seen for a consult with Dr.Orzel today following an awful experience with a different office. We communited a little over an hour to be seen with his office. It was like night and day and beyond worth the drive for the experience. We were greeted with smiles an outstanding professionalism from Dr.Orzel's staff upon arrival. They were organized and on time actually early extremely impressed!! Once in back we placed in a consultation room not a procedure room, it was nice to be in a more relaxing setting with a child it eased the anxiety. Dr.Orzel was very profession and kind he took the time to explain the procedure, answer all our questions. Before leaving we were given an estimate of cost and able to schedule the procedure. It was a very positive experience, I would highly recommend him and his office.

We started a plan 6 months ago with Dr. VanHoose for an upcoming jaw surgery for my daughter. We have paid out of pocket for wisdom teeth extraction and a 3rd set of braces in order to prepare for this surgery. She was cleared by the ortho today and we were told by Dr. VanHoose's office that they no longer accept medical insurance. We will have to start over at square one at another office. So completely disappointed at this decision all due to greed.

Had a visit with my mom to have her teeth surgically removed. My mom has dementia so you can imagine how challenging that was for her and Dr. VanHoose and his team. They were so good to her. Their cheered her on through the process and even sang to her. Dr. VanHoose took time to explain the process to me before, during and after. I appreciate his humility and the friendly environment. Thank you

I had dental implant surgery with Dr. Doug Orzel. He and his assistant Sarah were both wonderful! Dr. VanHoose came in to concur with the type (size) of implants to use. I chose to only have a local and I honestly felt nothing. No pain at all the evening after the surgery. Two implants placed in an hour. The conversation and friendly atmosphere in the room made the time pass even faster.

The procedure was fine but they made an error in making sure they were in network and as far as I know the office itself was in network but the dr that did the procedure wasn’t, so they sent me the bill that the insurance company denied. They took my card and I looked online to verify the practice was in network. But they had a dr *not* in network do the work. Should not be my problem but they are choosing to make it so. Therefore I cannot recommend this practice.

Went in to have a growth removed for the 2nd time (same location). Came home to find that the growth is still there & I have a wound in an unrelated location. Called immediately and was not able to speak to the nurse, was given an excuse and offered an appointment the next week. Still very concerned at not knowing what was actually removed I called my regular dentist and on his day off he drove in to meet me 15 mins later. At the appointment with the surgeon the nurse stated the correct location for the procedure but that is not where the work was done. I could reschedule with surgeon but without him owning that he screwed up & owning his mistake I have little trust. Now I am healing from an unnecessary procedure and will eventually need to pay a different surgeon for the care I should have received at your office. Very concerned that when a patient calls after a procedure crying and upset they can’t talk to anyone and after a whole day I never got a call from the Dr. or nurse.

Good surgeon. Poor customer service skills. My husband is disabled with multiple medical issues and has seen Dr. VanHoose several times over the years. Unfortunately, Dr. VanHoose has taken on a new doctor in his office and switched my husband over to that doctor for a consult without letting us know and then lied that our dentist had made the decision to switch my husband. Very disappointing.

Dr. VanHoose and his assistants were great with my daughter's wisdom teeth extraction. They took the time & care to make sure things went well before, during and after the surgery then followed up a few days later to ensure her recovery went according to plan.

TERRIBLE! After being quoted a price, and services rendered, I was billed for a different amount, then was told the I made the mistake, not them. I have reached out 4 times via written response and they ignore me. Do NOT trust what they say! Office staff very rude!

The ONLY reason I am marking this as poor is due to the office staff. Dr. VanHoose and his dental hygenist were AMAZING. However, I have had nothing but issues with the office staff. The biggest issue is that after being told that my claim was submitted to my insurance, I found out that was not the case. I would really like Dr. VanHoose to contact me so I could provide details.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth out here and everyone was very professional and friendly. This was our first experience with Dr. VanHoose and it was very great.
