I switched doctors after moving and was recommended to doctor White. I had been seen for psoriasis and related symptoms for over 7 years and have been on a treatment plan that was effective and relieved almost all of my symptoms. Dr White agreed to keep me on my current treatment plan but then failed to fill out a prior authorization form need for medication approval. Now I am stuck with rejected claims and no medications. I made a follow up appointment to begin the appeal process for insurance and brought all the paperwork and had everything pre arranged with my insurance company, all I needed was Dr white to approve and fill out some paperwork. but Dr White told me it was “too much paperwork” and the he didn’t “have enough office staff to bother with that kind of thing”. now I am stuck without my medication, more medical expenses, and now needing another new doctor. If you have any real problems don’t waist your time or money on Dr White.

He diagnosed me and started a treatment plan the first day. I had been going to a different dermatologist and wound care and PCP for over 6 months. It was a rare disease that he had not seen in “20” years. He did research and called me with further treatment details. I appreciate him. He helped me get back towards my life.

I am so excited he comes to Jonesboro, AR every Monday. He is fabulous and I only see the best doctors. I will travel far to see a great doctor. He is great in dermatology and last year I found out he does Dysport and Restylane and I took the plunge. OH. MY......he made me beautiful. I am 60. I do not look my age but I had some sagging and some from lines that worried me and I wanted beautiful lips and well I came out beautiful....I was 2nd runner up for Prai Beauty in the USA.

Dr White is excellent! He was able to diagnose and treat a very debilitating skin issue for me and I haven't had a real episode in 2 years. He and his office staff are friendly, helpful and professional.

Dr. White is thorough, friendly, and extremely accurate. My son has been seeing different doctors for six years and nothing has helped. Dr. White took one look at him and knew the problem and gave us a solution. Wonderful doctor!
