Dr. Bradley Wrubel, MD

Dr. Wrubel believed my brother had a rare condition and referred us to a specialist at Stanford. Since then, we learned many doctors are not astute enough to recognize this. I credit Dr. Wrubel for getting my brother on the road to recovery.

By no means would I recommend anybody I care about to go to this office. Maybe less the doctor himself, but the stuff at the office sucks, so does Dr. Wrubbel"s assistant. They jerk you around. You dealing with absolutely incapable people at this office. Lately I am NOT HAPPY with the doctor himself, since all you can do is get a Video appointment on the pretext of Corona, which does not hold its truth as well, because other doctor's choose to see their patients in person. Overall going or dealing with this office has been a bad experience. The doctor's performance is not bad, but not at all worth the trouble to deal with this office in particular. I cannot speak for the stuff members I did not talk to, but the ones I talked to are absolutely terrible. The holding times when you call them can go well beyond 1 hour. Don't trust when they give you an estimated wait time. It always exceeds their estimate but at least 30 minutes, if you are lucky enough that the THEY DON'T FORGET YOU.
