I have been a patient of Dr. Cook for over 10 years. He is very personable, his staff is friendly, scheduling is easy. He has a great bedside manner and has become a friend as well as my doctor.

I was in the hospital with a blood clot in my leg. Dr Cook was on call and 15 years later I’m still seeing him. My husband also see Dr Cook. He is excellent, very intelligent and is very concerned about what you say and listens. If your looking for an excellent Dr, look no more. I’m was so lucky to find Dr Cook.

Dr. Cook is fine. The staff and paperwork and prescriptions are sooo slow. I have been in twice, called twice and the assisted living center has faxed twice and called twice and they were closed on Friday. The on call Dr. wouldn't fill in the form. My mother's furniture is moved to assisted living, but she can't move in without Dr.'s Orders. You never talk to a human on the phone; they have never returned a message.

Can never get a person to actually speak with you over the phone. Answering machine only, that's if you call between 8 and 11, if you call between 11 - 1 PM you are told to call back because its THEIR lunch time. You can never schedule an appointment. Getting prescriptions refilled is a chore for the staff, they NEVER call the pharmacy to refill anything. It takes no less than 3 phone calls to just get prescriptions refilled. A doctors office closed on FRIDAY?. Customer Service? NONE! Stay away.
