Horrible
I wish I could leave no stars!!! She delayed my appointment. Then calls me 30 mins later asking if I want to keep my appointment. She is unprofessional and should be under review.

TERRIBLE!!!!!
Terrible. Dr. Gilmore has on more than one occasion delayed my refills. I have to call for days to get her to call the drugstore and everyday I called to check the stratus of my refill, I am told that she has not called it in. When I call the office I am told that it was called in..... As of today I have not had my meds for a week now and I am experiencing withdraws, depression, and unable to get a good night sleep. I am headed to the Emergency room now.

After trying to reschedule an appointment several times, the assistant Erica FAILED to mention my appointment was virtual. I waited 20 minutes before being checked in , just to be told that the appointment was virtual. They secretary Jessica then calls Erica and she stated that she called to confirm my appointment but I “did not answer” but she never called. Same as the prior appointment that was “canceled” on their end and was never communicated with me. The lack of professionalism is at an all time high and I would not recommend them to treat ANYONE. Dr.Gilmore’s assistant has the worst attitude and should not be working in that field because she lacks common courtesy!!
