I would recommend her without reservation
I saw Dr. Marshall in the E.R. She was extremely busy, which is NOT a reflection on how she treated me. She was professional, warm, and friendly. She ordered the right tests and kindly requested that I be admitted and wear a heart monitor, just to make sure I did not have a heart attack.

I'm shocked by the negative comments. We were in the ER over the weekend and absolutely loved her. It was about the only time I have ever felt an ER doctor actually listened and cared. We liked her so much, I came to Google looking to see if she has a private practice so we could make her our primary care doctor, and stumbled upon these reviews. I'm sorry some of you had a bad experience. However, don't let those reviews deter you, as you never know how these patients acted....and most only leave reviews when they have something bad to say. I can't say enough great things about her. Thank you for taking such good care of my son Logan (16).

Was seen within one hour; did not see Dr. McClain immediately, but am sure she was working my case, ordering tests based upon the info I provided the nursing staff. She then came into my room, informed me of the results and the curative plan and then carried out the plan. She was impressive, professional, and intelligent. She answered all of my questions and I was home in 3 hours. In her position, she does not have the time to "visit". Best emergency room experience and Doctor.

During January 2019, I unexpectedly needed ER care at Morton Plant Hospital. My assigned physician was Dr. Marshall. She promptly ordered my needed medical tests, asked the appropriate questions to obtain my medical solutions, wrote RX, and had excellent bedside manners. This was the fastest and most detailed ER experience of my lifetime. Dr. Marshall is a very confident professional. I was so impressed by her, until I will seek to make her my Primary Care Physician, if possible.

ER patient in Clearwater, FL – Jan 21, 2019
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Marshall?
Dr. Marshall does not have any ethical or professional attitude when it comes to patients. If you're gonna be a doctor, then learn how to be a loving and caring person. She acts like she rules the entire emergency room even to the point she has security guards ordering family members of patients taken out. Did not treat me at all, did not help me get the proper treatment. Does not explain medical conditions or medical procedures. Just plain horrible.
