Dr. Bishop saved my husbands foot. He had a very bad chain saw accident, they didn't expect him to be able to have movement in his ankle, but he does, he doesn't even wear a brace. He has done a couple of my foot surgeries. We wouldn't want anyone else. He is very concern about the comfort of his patients

Dr Bishop has been a wonderful podiatrist for me. I can’t say enough good things about his caring manner and his skill as a surgeon. I would highly recommend him, the office staff, and the nurses at Centennial Orthopedics.

Based on former reviews I thought I was seeing someone who would take care of me after an accident. Instead my experience was extremely negative. Upon entering the room he began downplaying the injury and said I would heal on my own in 4 - 6 weeks. It embarrassed me so bad I didn't get a second opinion for several months. By then my foot was permanently disfigured and the scar tissue too severe to break up. Hopefully he will acquire not only kindness but experience to treat injuries.

He made unprofessional comments about my condition. "Ew thats gross" kinda thing. Left me with the feeling he just wanted to get on to the next patient - he spent very little time with me and showed no interest in answering my questions.

I would never recommend Dr. Bishop. He made an error during my surgery and my foot never properly healed. Issues will be ongoing due to the error. It was a simple surgery for a micro fracture.

I had suffered since 1996 with foot injuries and surgeries. Dr. Bishop diagnosed, explained in detail many times what was wrong and suggestions. I had a ankle replacement performed and even though, because in almost any surgery there is a chance of nicking nerves, I have some nerve pain, which is getting better. I am so appreciative of his experitise and patient concern. I would, and have recommended people to him and will in the future. I feel very safe in his hands.

Two years ago I had surgeries for plantar fasciatis, and, at Dr. Bishop's suggestion, a gastrocnemius recession on my achilles tendon, done at the same time. I now have permanent numbness in half of my foot, due to the severing of my sural nerve. I also have the same pain from my plantar fasciatis, a daily reminder that neither procedure helped me, and in fact, has caused more permanent damage,.My advice- see an orthopedic MD, specializing in foot / ankle, and not a DPM like Dr. Bishop.

He is a wonderful caring doctor. Told us about diagnosis and then let us sit for awhile to digest the information. He came back and ask if we had questions and answered them all. Each visit he took the time to make sure we received all the information and understood it.
