Dr. Brandon Bolfing, MD

While my past interactions with Dr Bolfing have been fine, the fact that when I need to speak to a doctor for the first time in a few years they tell me that it’s been “too long”, and he won’t accept me as a patient any longer is totally unacceptable. Apparently I should have purposely gotten myself sick more, or gone to the doctor unnecessarily during a global pandemic perhaps. There were no communications about this prior to actually needing medical advice or care, and they sure haven’t minded taking the insurance coverage and payments for my family during those same years.

After moving to Texas, I waited for two months to find a PCP. That doc cancelled just hours before my appointment. I rescheduled with Dr. Bolfing and waited another two weeks, then he cancelled AGAIN the morning of. It's funny how the clinic will literally ban you for cancelling within 24 hours, but the doc can cancel on you multiple times without consequence. It's incredibly unprofessional and harmful.

He takes his time and never is in a hurry gives you 5 star treatment. I recommend him highly when friends ask for a good MD

He insulted all my other doctors and suggested that I see all his recommendations instead and also drug tested me without my consent just to add $150 bill to the appointment.
