Dr. Brandon Tong, DO

I visited the office in July 2023 and this doctor not only Berated me he was rude and has no bedside manner. He was argumentative and disrespectful. I have left the entire medical group because he was unbearable. I would not recommend his for any medical needs!!!

Dr. tong is unprofessional He doesn’t worry about health issues he wants to rush you out of the office When I have health issues I’m worried about and he doesn’t want to help and he tells me that there’s nothing he can do about it but he hasn’t ran every test that’s out there. I’m telling him I’m scared and I need more test ran on me I have something to live for a wife,three kids and a son with autism and I need to be here for them I wanna get checked out and I want somebody who cares and he is not the man for that. I don’t think he would like it if his family had a doctor to care for them the way he does for others he needs to change his attitude and start loving his patients Beware it’s a student training facility and he will have the students be going over your paperwork not the doctor.

Dr. Tong actively listens to my concerns, investigates my concerns and responds with options. In today’s visit I overheard him speaking with another patient in Spanish. I was blown away with his ability to be a well rounded attentive and concerned physician. I highly recommend Dr. Tong.

I’ve had the privilege to see Doctor Tong for multiple occasions. Each session I had was always ended up being a great experience. He is very professional and takes the time to explain everything to me very thoroughly. He also listens to how I am feeling and what my symptoms are; and is able to calm my nerves while doing so. I really feel like he actually cares about my condition and prescribes me medication that helps. He is definitely a doctor I can trust and take my family to.
