Really listens. His treatment recommendations are practical and geared toward the patients health and desired outcome. My wife and I both saw Dr. Young and he engaged us differently but in a way that we felt safe and that our concerns were heard and addressed.

Attentiveness
Dr. Young takes the time to listen. He is thoughtful in his approach. And, he explains his rationale for procedures/tests (or, if they are unnecessary). It is rare that I feel this comfortable going to the doctor.

He won't assess disability, won't certify any patients claim for disability benefits or the clinical need for any reasonable accomodation.

Doctor cancelled my appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. They said I was not welcome to their clinic (Good Sam hospital) and needed to find somewhere else to go. Their reasoning is because I had to reschedule a couple times due to having a chronic illness. It should be noted that the doctor himself canceled several times, but of course his time matters more than my safety. Now, I have to wait and hope my disease doesn’t destroy me in the meantime. Do not go to Brandon Young if you care about your health and safety.
