Dr. Brandt Wood, DO

I've been a patient of this facility since conceiving my youngest child, who recently turned 27 years old. Dr. B. Wood is only my 2nd physician here, because my OB - birth doc retired. I can't remember having any significant complaints or issues, but if there was any they were successfully resolved. At this point, my only concern is that Dr. Wood may retire before I no longer need GYN care.I've made referrals to friends who've had great success here as well. You owe it to yourself to become a patient of this awesome team. Wishing you good health.

First, I never have to wait hours in the waiting room or the exam room! Dr. Wood is kind, patient, professional, listens, and takes care of any concerns I may have immediately.

Dr Wood was extremely unprofessional and rude. When he walked in the room for the ultrasound he kept repeating the word “Why?” I guess because I just had a baby 7/8 months ago. Then after I said,”I’m getting older, we wanted one more, and this is probably my last one.” He proceeded to point at my 7 month old (who my husband was holding) and said, “That should have been your last one.”Then he preformed the ultrasound sound, confirmed I was pregnant and said I’m about six weeks. He removed the ultrasound probe, took off his gloves and said, “ Well it looks like you know how to do that” and walked out. I have never been more disgusted in how a medical professional has talked to or treated a patient. My husband and I planned to grow our family, and we are excited about our newest addition. To assume or say anything otherwise to a mother is completely unacceptable and outright disgusting.

It was the first time in my life I've had a doctor humiliate me by laughing at me instead of telling me what he found so funny after my exam.
