Uncaring and Dismissive
I went to see Dr. Flores because I wanted to switch to a new primary care physician closer to me and found him to be uncaring and dismissive. He never followed up on my bloodwork. I had to look it up online myself in the patient portal and I asked that my bloodwork be faxed to my endocrinologist, and that was never done. Horrible office and horrible doctor. I will never go back and do not recommend him at all.

Disinterested & Unresponsive Doctor
When I saw Dr. Flores for the first time as a new patient, he didn't take a single note. That was a telling sign about the level of 'care' I would be receiving. My time-sensitive medication questions, sent to him via the portal, have gone unanswered. Is this any way to practice medicine? I think not. To add to the disappointment, the front office staff is incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful.

Stay Away
Dr gave her five minute exam for something that was supposed to be a full physical. He never followed up on bloodwork even when anemia was indicated. I call the office numerous times about the blood work results. Thankfully, I followed up with someone else. I was diagnosed with stage two colon cancer. If Flores and his staff were competent maybe it would have been stage one!

He has been our primary for many years. Dr. Flores is personable and always listens to me and my husband whenever we have our visit. He is smart enough to send us to a specialist if we need it.

Terrible staff members! Been trying to make an appointment here since March, it's now about to be June. Had my first appointment a month out from when I first called, after waiting a month it got CANCELLED and then rescheduled for ANOTHER month out. Guess what happened next? Another month passes and it's now rescheduled AGAIN. I tried calling the office to sort this out and was hung up on after explaining my situation. Extremely unprofessional, won't be going here any time soon.

My experience with this doctor has Been HORRIBLE from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor!! He doesn’t listen to you, ever since covid they have you standing outside in the heat 30-40 mins after your appointment. This doctor rushes you because he is ALWAYS behind schedule. His front desk and nurses are always rude and they never answer the phone and when they do the appointment is always very far out. You wait this long for this kind of experience is horrible!

In my opinion, this doctor and this office is horrible. I would not return. He comes across as condescending and uncaring. He doesn't ask detailed questions about your medical history (and has no formal survey/questionnaire which made me think he missed certain possibly important questions). He seems dismissive of medical concerns and untrustworthy. He doesn't respond to messages on the patient portal and when you call the office, they are barely there and offer little assistance. He doesn't provide his recommendations for care online- I had to call and see him in person for him to tell me his recommendations regarding my tests. Overall, he makes seeing the doctor more of a hassle than it needs to be and I would not return.
