Made us feel like we were bothering her
My daughters lip swelled up very large and fast out of nowhere right before Christmas and we had to go to emergency room, they didn’t know what caused it but said it could happen again and she needed an epi pen and follow up with her primary provider … when we went to the follow up I had so many questions but she walked in and her first words were “I heard you had an eventful Christmas? We’ll, don’t think your going to come in here and we can tell you what caused this because we can’t” and started going on about how long and drawn out the allergy testing or something is … just made me feel like we shouldn’t have even come and I was just a scared mom worried her her throat might close up one day or something and wanting some information or guidance but I felt like we couldn’t ask anything after that and we hurried out for to find a doctor who cares

Disregarded my teen and she never wanted to go back, lost trust in doctors! Office policies change daily. Patient's bill of rights disregarded completely and you aren't expected to partake in your own care at all but blindly follow the Dr's advice 100% or be told to leave the practice! I found this practice and Dr.Singal specifically to be extremely unprofessional if not bias and insulting. I will be finding a Dr.who respects my family's decisions and us overall as people, not subjects.
