Dr. Brendan Kluszynski, MD

I went into an appointment for chronic ear pains and trouble. He said that my ears were fine & sent me home. The next day was worse & went to urgent care. Still a double ear infection & the urgent care was furious about how he dismissed me. I am still young & my parents were furious too. He was more interested in wanting me to do allergy shots. WHAT ON EARTH DUDE? I HAVE A RUPTURED EAR DRUM THAT IS INFECTED AND YOU SAY 'Nope no infection good to go. You shouldn't have any pain.' So no I will not be going back to him ever.

This doctor and his staff were very professional and kind in approach, explaining everything before it happened considering I was a little nervous. I highly recommend this doctor and Hibbeln Surgery Center. Everything went smoothly

horrid, horrid, incompetent man. prescribed wrong med after appointment. Didn't listen, didn't care, as I said, prescibed wrong med for something that wasn't my complaint. should loose his license.

Allergy patients beware : The times available to receive allergy shots at this office are inconvenient. 9 AM is earliet, and 4:15 is latest. If you are a working adult, these times simply don't work, and if you are even five minutes late, they will refuse to give you a shot. I regret selecting this practice as my allergy shot provider. I have to leave my work early just to get an allergy shot. Unfortunately, I didn't take shot hours into consideration before choosing a provider.

Dr. Kluszynski was very patient and kind to our three year old who has had to have tubes twice. Our son was very nervous and apprehensive going in, but the procedure quick, easy and smooth. The follow-ups were just as great. I'd highly recommend Dr. K!

I have been seen in the office multiple times & have NEVER encountered/witnessed anything as described below. That complaint isn't a true reflection on Dr. Kluszynski's expertise or care provided. I recommend Dr. Kluszynski to anyone in search of a thorough, compassionate, and efficient ENT doctor! Family members have also been seen without any issues. Anyone with experience there would know that he does run very much on time as usually I am checking out before my scheduled appointment time!

Very friendly & easy to talk to. Seen me during an emergent situation, I had not felt very well for 3 days. Understood my condition & treated me quickly so I could return to work. Gave me info on how to approach my symptoms the next time. I would highly recommend him to any other friends or family. I have numerous relatives that have been seen at E.N.T. GROUP with NO negative comments.

The worst experience I have ever had with any company or business of any kind. My 5 year old had an appointment to have his ears checked and my wife got caught in traffic on the way to the office. She showed up 7-8 minutes last and was turned away and told she would have to reschedule. The secretary was the rudest human being I've ever encountered. The double standard here is amazing as no doctor I have ever been to is on time to see me but yet they turn a 5 yr old away for being 8 minutes.

Called to schedule an appointment for my child who has clogged ear & in pain. They want to schedule the appointment 40 days out. I asked if they can see her sooner and if they take appointments for someone who needs to be seen right away. She said no.... ear infections and discomfort is not something you wait 40 days for to be seen! :( Don't waste your time....
