Outstanding Care
I recently had a medical emergence and was driven to the ER at Johns Creek Hospital in the middle of the night. After tests it was determined that I needed my gallbladder removed and that surgery occurred around 10 am. I had the good fortune of Dr. Curtis being assigned as the surgeon. Before the surgery prep, he came to my bedside, introduced himself, and explained my condition to me and what will occur during and after the surgery while exhibiting a calm and reassuring demeanor with exemplary professionalism. The morning of check out he came to visit me again to check the incision sites and my overall health. He provided me with a direct link to him if I needed anything at all, which once home I put to the test , twice. Both times he answered me within a 30 minute time frame giving me the reassurance I needed. I had never had a surgery before and I am in my late 50s. This kind of compassion and care on this personal level is truly outstanding - Thank you Dr. Curtis!

Unprofessional
Placed unprofessional medical notes in my records causing me to experience medical bias. Office didn’t return call to assist in issue after surgery.
