He is very knowledgeable and takes time with his patients. My wife and I both go to him and he has helped us so much with GERD and IBS.

It was my first time meeting Dr Lacey. He was very thorough in explaining the procedure beforehand and explaining the results afterwards.

Dr Lacey instills a sense of hope in me for the medical community. That is not an inflated compliment. When I can go see a doctor who always listens to me, answers my questions, has obviously read my chart before my appointment so he brings up things I hadn’t even thought of and does it all while looking me in the eye like an old fashioned conversation I know I’m in the right place. I had some issues with a feeding tube that caused a lot of discomfort and I was not able to adjust it myself. Dr. Lacey was able to fit me in between other patients with very little wait time and corrected my situation with almost instant relief. First time for this type of procedure for me and it was so simple, fast, and easy it made me feel silly afterwards for even being concerned in the first place.

Everything from making the appointment to the follow-up for the results was professional, caring and efficient. Dr. Lacey and all of the staff that took care of me were professional, friendly and satisfactorily answered any questions I had.I had a question the night before (after the office had closed) and the on-call doctor responded very quickly and allayed my concerns.I highly recommend Dr. Lacey, his practice and all the staff. Considering that this was a colonoscopy, it was as painless and straight-forward as it could possibly have been.
