Dr. Lanier is a wonderful doctor and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an ENT. His office staff is horrible. They do not answer the phone and whenever I leave a voicemail they dont call back. My son had tubes put in and was supposed to get a followup about 3 weeks after and we didnt get an appt. until about 10 weeks after. And that was after calling 4 times and sending a letter. when i do talk to anyone they all have attitude. I am still waiting for a call back for a 6month followup

Dr Lanier removed a foreign object that was stuck in our two year old's nose. Dr Lanier was great with my son, has a very good bedside manner and was kind and compassionate. The surgical staff and everyone we interacted with was very friendly and pleasant and tried to make my son feel at ease, and answer all our questions. My only complaint is that they do not allow parents to be with their children while they are being put under anesthesia, which I think is a little scary for the kids.
