Start not great, appointment time ended up 45 minutes late - so 5 stars was, not an option. Once appointment began, x-rays and Brents examine went smoothly and efficiently. Appreciated the plain speak in regards to my condition and solutions provided. I can say that when I woke up the next day, it was the first time in memory that I had NO pain in my knees. I will enjoy it while it lasts. Thanks so much.

Coming from Chicago where I’ve used one surgeon my entire life.. I was scared to see someone new. However, Dr. Rich was nothing but spectacular and thorough in his exam. Very personable and knowledgeable on the process. I am happy I found a great doctor in the Valley!

I think he's wonderful! He listens and checks things out carefully and always knows what to do to get results. His office staff is amazing and friendly. I've never had to wait long at all and always felt like I had his full attention when I was seen.

I really lik Dr. Rich. He is friendly, informative and l trust his advice completely. I've been seeing him with a knee injury for 3-4 years and always get the help I need. He seems to think out of the box, and is willing to search for new, updated info. I'd recommend him and his staff to anyone who is looking for friendly, trustworthy healthcare.
