I’ve been going to this clinic for years and decided to have a procedure done with Dr. Smith. We discussed my desired results in depth for several months, and I was assured that my expectations would be met. However, after the surgery and waiting a year for the final results, it did not exactly turn out as we had discussed. Additionally, I was left with a minor deformity near the surgical site. When I tried to address my concerns, I felt gaslighted during my in-person follow-up. The manager praised their work without acknowledging how I felt about some of the asymmetries that had developed. They offered no concrete solutions to correct the issue, except to charge me for something that may or may not work and carries its own risks. The procedure had cost over $11K, and I expected them to take some accountability and resolve it at no additional cost, or at least offer a credit of some kind.Brent Smith is nice, but some of his staff members were aloof and rude in their communication.

Dr. Smith and his staff are exceptionally good at what they do. I am thrilled with the results of my procedure. They held my hand every step of the way, answered all my questions, didn’t pressure me, demonstrated utmost care, followed up and let me know exactly what to expect during the procedure and recovery time. They were spot on. I was an out of state patient and they accommodated me beautifully. Dr. Smith specializes in everything above the neck. He does beautiful work and as he told me, I look like myself only better. No one in my day to day life has any idea I had surgery, they just tell me I look great. Highly recommend!

Dr. Smith and his staff are very patient oriented. All my questions were answered and I never felt pressured to make a decision. The outcome of the facial surgery (face lift and rhinoplasty) looks very natural. I still look like "me" only about 15 years younger. Now I look the way I feel. Highly recommended.

Please, go get a second opinion. There are several double board certified Facial Plastic Surgeons in Denver. Do your homework. Dr. Smith’s office doesn’t even have a registered nurse in the operating room. That is not safe!

I am an RN of over 25 years and this MD was sought for reconstructive repair of a skin graft on the tip of my nose. He and his office will show you photographs of a similar procedure and tell you how much they will improve the defect, whatever that might be for you. DO NOT TRUST. This man, if you closely for reviews, has damaged more than a few. He completely changed the shape of my nose for a small defect graft of skin. Don't fall for this cash only fraud!! Medical Board has complaint!

As an adult orthopedic reconstructive surgeon I have used Dr Smith as my only go to referral source for both my own family and my patients for over 20 years. I never found a need to consider referral to anyone else. He is an artist who is rigorus about consistent outcomes.

Dr. Smith is a miracle worker when it comes to his excellent surgery skills combined with his top shelf staff and anesthesiologist. I had a face lift in 2004 and based on my wife seeing the results she recently had a severe scar repaired on the bridge of her nose as well as rhinoplasty that made her look even more distinguished. I would definitely recommend Dr. Smith based on his excellent skills, professionalism and compassion coupled with a fine supporting staff.
