Would prefer to give a star rating of zero however it is not an option. This doctor was rude, unempathetic, and had poor listening skills. I was honest during my visit and was harshly lectured for something out of my control. It was evident he did not listen due to his documentation notes of my care visit. I would NEVER recommend this provider.

I had never seen Mr Zastrow and when he came in the room he never said Hello. He didn’t introduce himself and asked what I was there to see him about.I have had multiple surgeries on my feet so I thought he would want to know more information about them.I apologized for my ugly feet. He said “all feet are ugly”! He seemed irritated that I hadn’t brought my orthotics and pretty much said there wasn’t much he could help me with. I felt very humiliated and I left in tears. He never said goodbye.
