ER visit Thursday 9 20 24
I was seen by Dr Baumgartner for a cut above my left eye when I fell while hiking. What an awesome, caring and talented Dr! Took time to check me out thoroughly and stitched me up. Highly recommended

Rude
Dr Baumgartner was rude and dismissive. He spent very little time with me, acting as if I was bothering him. His manner is that of a bored teenager. He did order standard tests which did not yield a diagnosis. I chose to leave rather than continue to feel insulted. I am still feeling terrible. I do not recommend him in any way. He is in the wrong profession.

Rude, arrogant and could care less
I went to the ER recently because I was in the most excruciating pain I have ever had in my life! I had just had a shoulder replacement surgery 2 weeks prior! This Dr just looked at me as I was faking this pain! He could care less! I literally had to explain myself over and over again! All he did was take x-Rays . When they came back he just stuck his head in and said they were normal and started walking out … with the amount of pain I was in he really didn’t care! When I said can you send those x-rays to my surgeon … he actually said… your surgeon can look at them.. if he wants! When I called my surgeon and spoke to the PA… they were concerned that I had popped a deep stitch. I have met a lot of Drs in my life but never have I met such an uncaring, arrogant one as this Dr! He should have done more of sn exam .. but he literally did not care!
