Very thorough
I have been a patient of Dr. Berman for more than 10 years. His care of me has been excellent. He implanted my first pacemaker and then during Covid implanted my second pacemaker. His technicians periodically perform scans to make sure my condition is stable. He is always willing to answer any questions. I am very pleased.

Does not value your time, waited over an hour for a scheduled appt with no explanation as to why the wait was so long. Along with very short examination with no questions asking more about my symptoms

Very bad cardiac Care, one time he prescribed a prohibited medication that would have made my heart condition worse and I caught the mistake. Later I had covid-19 with post covid inflammatory syndrome withheart complications. He refused to even call me, refused to do tests, and the recommendations passed by his often incompetent nurse were worthless and less than competent. At appointments he is abrupt, and brief ...and incomplete and a poor communicator. The epitome of an arrogant egotistical cardiologist who only cares about the money. I fired him today so did he cannot result in my death or further disability.

I mailed a letter dated 09/28/2018 to Dr Berman. I never received a response so I called his office. I made 3 calls & left messages before receiving a call from his med assist. She asked Dr Berman's assoc for an order for a P2Y12 Platelet Function test. He said rudely that the test was a waste & if I wanted to have the test done to have my primary care physician order the test. If the test is a waste why did he tell me to have my primary care physician order the test? This makes no sense.

Dr Berman is a caring, highly intelligent Cardiologist. Under his care, my life has been extended possibly another 10 years. During my visits I am not rushed through exam procedures. He asks me a lot of questions about my medical experiences and pains, etc. He then explains everything he has discovered in his diagnosis in layman’s terms so that I thoroughly understand what is occurring. Yes, I truly love Dr Berman.

I have been seeing this doctor since 2014 and always found him polite and truly aware and concerned regarding my care. Personally, I think he should be KING. Does the individual who complained her mother had to wait for a procedure think Dr. Berman was just hanging around the cafeteria or perhaps there was a patient emergency ?? He's a doctor!!! Certainly would not be the first time a physician had to made a time change for a life threatening situation.

Extremely inconsiderate of his patients. My mom has been waiting for him to show up for a procedure scheduled for 10:30, it’s now 1:30 and she is STILL waiting. No excuse, it’s pathetic......

It was the worst experience of my life. I had having two heart attack and a stent coronary implant three weeks ago and he only gave me 3 minutes, no explication, no care of me, no prescription! Until I ask for my medicine!
