DO NOT TRUST this guy
Dr. Chatman although he is a nice guy, he is unprofessional. While at Penn Medicine he would have patients waiting in the waiting room for over an hour and all the while he was on a hook-up app. His treatment and diagnoses were inaccurate. Consult with a well-educated podiatry specialist not willing to hire this guy.

I found Dr. Chatman is capable, knowledgeable and meticulous in the surgery of my foot. I highly recommend him! Sadly, the girl who schedules surgery is awful. She didn't arrange for the OR twice. I personally called the OR to remedy the issue. She was removed for awhile but the last time I called she was back!

No sense of urgency. I left Penn totally and switched to Jefferson because of this guy. I lost three months because of his lack of concern. Ended up losing toes because he didn't tend to my foot properly.
