Dr. Brett Zuckman, DMD

Visited the greenwich office. Staff was lovely with great bed side manner made me feel comfortable the whole way through. Dr. Zuckman is an excellent surgeon he extracted my tooth and did a bone graft. I felt zero pain and he was quick! Will send all of my friends here!

I grew up being terrified of going to the dentist, so when I had to have a wisdom tooth extracted (I'm 65) I was less than thrilled about the prospect. Dr. Zuckman performed the procedure expertly and quickly. I felt no pain during or after, and he followed up with me later that evening to make sure I was ok. He explained everything and answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease throughout the visit.

Very Bad, they did an x-ray and DID NOT tell me that it was a $400 x-ray. The woman who handles the insurance NANCY was very rude and had ZERO interest as to what happen also would give absolutely NO "approximation" as to what my upcoming cost "might" be for a Bone Graff. She ushered me out very dismissive THIS WAS BEFORE THE ISSUE CAME UP ABOUT THE $400 x-ray. I will never return

Dr. Zuckman damaged my dental health by refusing to perform any further work on my tooth implants following two bone grafts. Dr. Zuckman's office claimed we did not pay the bill, but all of the amounts unpaid were in fact covered by our dental insurance. His office did not timely and competently submit my insurance claim for the bone grafts and tooth implants and refused to perform any services while the insurance claims were pending for over 8 months. We paid the full bill less the portion covered by insurance on the date of my bone grafts. One tooth is still not paid for with the insurance company saying his office did not submit enough information to prove the necessity of the bone graft after an appeal they did not show me, contrary to my written instructions. The only option for me without that implant is dentures on two molars and I am young. His office took 6 months to get approval of the bone graft and approval for a second tooth. The amounts at issue were $325 a tooth.

I don't want to go back because of the office staff. Especially the one who handles insurance. She is obnoxious, and makes too many mistakes, but never apologizes.

Their office people are the worst, including the one who handles insurance. She overcharged and refused to return my money. She even refused to listen to an insurance company's complaint. She refused to speak with a patient too. Very rude and incompetent.
