Dr. Brian Affleck, MD

Dr Brian Affleck is a lifetime friend. Now a continent away from each other, he provided desperately needed Telehealth care and did so accepting Medicaid, when none other near my town would. My understanding is he and his staff provide this level of compassionate care to all, including the most needy.

Dr. Affleck is very professional. He takes time to listen to his patients and explains everything in a manner that is not confusing. Other ENT doctors and providers have given me the run around regarding the issues that have been plaguing my child. I’ve been told by two other providers that there wasn’t anything wrong with my child. Dr. Affleck listened to my concerns intently, examined my child, and performed surgery. Within two weeks after surgery, my child was well and happy with NO problems anymore. The world is a better place with Dr. Affleck in it.

I’ve been to see Dr Brian Affleck several times now. Throat and nasal issues. He is as friendly and knowledgeable as can be. He explains things so I understand. After my first visit with him I couldn’t wait to share what I had learned from him with my husband! Dr Affleck is great with askIng if I have any questions. I never feel like he’s in a rush to get out the door to the next patient. When he’s with you, he’s with you. He actually looks at you when he’s talking to you. I had nasal surgery by him. I typically would be full of anxiety but knowing what a truly kind and thorough doctor he is, I was at ease and had 100% faith in him. Surgery was a success and the results were just like he told me! If you are in need of an ENT doctor, do what you can to see Dr Affleck! Also, his nurse Danett is welcoming, sweet and friendly every time she’s been the nurse!

After suffering multiple sinus infections this year, I made an appointment with Dr. Brian Affleck. He is a pleasure to work with and I feel comfortable in his office, which is a big deal for me because I seem to have uncontrollable anxiety about visiting the doctor. I've been to see him a couple of times now and I appreciate Dr. Affleck for listening to my complaints and his desire to figure out what's causing my sinus infections, instead of filling me with pharmaceuticals and patting my head.

Dr Affleck is a very good doctor. I have seen him a couple of times for different issues, and he has always been very helpful, knowledgeable and very thorough. I will see him again if the need arises.

Dr. Affleck was absolutely wonderful in treating my son's acute bilateral hearing loss. It happened over a holiday weekend, and thank heavens Dr. Affleck was on call. He was so responsive, opening his closed office to us for treatment. He was open to suggestions we were receiving from out of town family medical providers, which did lead to ultimate 100% restoration of my son's hearing. It was a scary process, and Dr. Affleck's kind, concerned, calm demeanor was helpful to all of us. He rocks

Was my doctor when in Oregon before taking up practice over in Boise... Will be driving 3 hours to keep as my doctor.. Very good bed side manner. Listens. Would recommend!

In person, friendly; but not effective or trustworthy. Dr. Affleck had been treating my mother for Keratosis obturans for several years; then told a caregiver that she really didn't have Keratosis obturans. I have records privileges & requested records for the appointments (he would travel to Baker City w/ & treat a full schedule of senior citizens), but they were no records at his office (Saltzer nor SW Idaho ENT) nor the hosting hospital. I am suspicious of his billings.
