Dr. Brian Allee, DO

I've been a patient in the past & have no complaints on the care I've received. I don't see a general practitioner very often as most my health issues are related to my lupus. I called today to see about getting an appointment this week for a followup from an er visit. She said since it's been so long I would be considered a new patient which I have no problem with. Keep in mind she did look me up in their system to determine this so it's not like there is no info on me even though time wise I'd be new. She asked for insurance info & I gave it to her. She said I would have to submit a form for the dr. to review at his convenience since I'm on a Medicare advantage plan then I would receive a call to get scheduled. I've never had to do this for any other gp or specialist but ok. So I asked her some additional questions regarding a rough time frame on possibly getting in this week letting her know I have a possible fractured wrist that needs follow-up. She became rude on the phone stating

Lady on phone was rude. I called and was on the way to my appt I was 6 minutes late and they refused to see me.

I was transferring from my doctor to Dr Allee because I moved from Ada. I was happy with my previous Doc but wanted something closer. I went in 2 weeks ago and filled out forms and then the receptionist give me more forms to take home to fill out, so I did. She then ask if i would like to make an appointment. I said yes. The appointment was at 1:30 to see Dr Allee. They wrote the time on their business card and gave it to me. Also, I recorded it in my calendar. I arrive just before 1:30 and gave the receptionist my paperwork and insurance card. At this point let it be know that I was never ask to come early to turn in paperwork...my appointment to see the Doc was 1:30. After 35 mins I ask why other was going in before me. They said, that my appointment was at 2pm. I told them it was 1:30. The woman insisted it was at 2 and I told her 1:30 and i had the card to prove it. She rudely told me she wasn't going to argue with me and ask if i wanted to make another appointment. I said, no than

Dr Allee has been our family doctor for about 8-9 years now. He is an amazing doctor (and a great person). He doesn’t rush you through your appointments, he listens to what you have to say. He also gets to know his patients. We moved from Paul’s valley several years ago and drive the 35 miles still to see him because he’s that fantastic.

In the past I would have recommended Dr. Allee to anyone but the way my parents were recently treated I will never recommend this place again. My parents were treated so disrespectful. I have never seen a place of business especially a doctors office treat someone like this. My parents are amazing people they would give anyone the shirt off their backs then to be treated by staff they way they were is unimaginable.My parents aren't the only ones that has been treated unkind do to billing issues

Dr. Allee takes your health very seriously. He is an EXTREMELY intelligent man you will sincerely respect. He takes his time and answers all of your questions and concerns. This dr. actually looks at you, not a computer screen, and listens to you! He will exhaust all testing, adjust or change medications to improve your health, and make referrals when needed to get you well! His staff is always kind and full of smiles and I absolutely love them! BEST FAMILY DR. I have ever known!

Carng and considerate. This Doctor and his assistants take time to listen and get the whole picture before acting. They don't just throw a prescription at you and scoot you out the door as some physicians do. I'm so grateful for the care my husband and i have received from this knowledgeable and experienced Doctor. He knew just how to approach my husband about his high blood sugar and motivate him to get pro active about his health. He lost nearly a hundred pounds and doesn't have to take meds
