Dr. Bjerke and his staff were exceptional from setting the appointment to Andria helping me reattach my brace. He explained the entire process, answer my questions, and made me feel 100% better then before I walked in to his office. I had my surgery a week later and I had excellent care and follow up during my recovery. That experience has me excited to start my rehab and make a full recovery. I highly recommend anyone to request Dr. Bjerke for their surgery.

I highly recommend Dr. Bjerke. He is very personable and makes you feel comfortable. He helped me with shoulder pain that turned into spine fusion. He referred me to a TCO surgeon and all went well. He also helped with my rotator after as well and all went well.

Dr Bjerknes not only has a great “bedside manner” but ha accurately and quickly diagnosed my problem!! He patiently explained the plan of care, answering my questions. The cortisone shot I received I barely felt. And by the next day my pain was gone!! I was very, very pleased with the whole process.

I injured my knee with a fall. I had seen Dr. Bjerke before for an injury of a dislocated finger and knew he would be the one I see if ever I injured my knees or hips. I also have worked with him in surgery at Fairview Southdale Hospital as an OR nurse and always found him to be very professional, friendly, and he is an excellent surgeon. He is thorough, listens, is kind, and allows you to also decide what or how you want your care to entail which is important to me.

I waited in the room for close to 45 minutes for the doctor without anyone checking in, I ended up going out to the nurses station, just to be told "Oh yeah, he's running behind today." Then when he came in the room he was very short and unapologetic about the situation. Then told me what the problem was and that he couldn't help me and I should go back to my primary doc even though it's an orthopedic issue...would never recommend this doctor or the practice to anyone. He seems to be one of those doctors that wants only a select type of patient and anyone outside of that he puts off on another doc. Good luck if you get referred to this awful place.

I found Dr Bjerke to be very accommodating. I called for my first appointment and was offered one that day by the staff when I explained the situation. He and his staff were courteous and helpful . I arrived a few minutes early and was seen on time. He answered my questions readily and fully. I would recommend him and his staff to my friends and colleagues.

I would highly recommend Dr. Bjerke to everyone I know. I had full trust in his recommendation for shoulder surgery and I am very happy with the outcomes. He has helped me to get back to playing DII baseball and my shoulder feels more stable now then ever. He does a great job at explaining the situation and going over all options available as well as what he recommends. He is very willing to work with athletes and their families. He is a great doctor and truly cares about his patients.

Dr. Bjerke and his staff and physical therapists have provided me the highest quality of care. I ruptured my patellar tendon in December of last year and Dr. Bjerke was able to meet with me the next day and get me in for surgery the day after . It is now three months later and I have been cleared to cease using the remaining knee brace. Throughout this process, I received excellent and fully integrated care at every point of contact.
