Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

I don't know what all the negatives are about. I was greeted by a helpful staff. Dr. Blochers as himself a quiet yet very experienced man. He goes to work right away to fix the situation. He was comforting to me. When you visit a dentist you will have some pain. It is what it is! Why chastise a man trying to help you? We must not judge the book by the cover, he seemed to me efficient and caring. Thanks Dr Blocher!

Worst customer service
Worst customer service ever!! My son was referred to this place and they do not answer the phone. When someone finally did answer they put me on hold and then hung up on me. This has happened multiple times. I will be taking my business elsewhere that is professional and care about their patients.

I'd love to have the opportunity to leave a review
But you cannot talk through the chatbot or get through on their phone number. It's ridiculous.

Nightmare visit
The last review didn’t ran out of words. He told me to be quiet that he had other patients in the room. He told me that my teeth was not a baby teeth when my blood pressure got up to 105 and my heart rate speed it up I got really hot. He walked out of the room with blood in my mouth and told me that I needed to calm down and he will be back when I come down, he came back in the room, struggling to get the teeth out was not giving me any sense of direction. He was not able to calm me down only person was able to calm me down, was assisted inside the room. He did not give me any aftercare instructions any before instructions , it was absolutely terrible. He slammed his tools on top of my chest. The room was very outdated in pain. My face was swollen. It has been now seven days later I’m still in pain. The best thing that you can do in this type of situation is make a review and warn other people , I will contact my insurance company and also let them know that is very important. This man

No Way of Reaching Him
Have yet to see him. But I will say reaching him is DIFFICULT. Their line is always 'busy' at all times of the day. There's no way to even leave a voicemail. The call doesn't even ring, it just beeps 4 times before automatically hanging up on you. If you need to reach his office, expect to call MANY times. I've called 75 times today alone. There's no other way to reach him.

Appointment
I called to make an appointment and was greeted with total disrespect. Shil (manager) was horrible and spoke about how she was so upset with her day and I could call another place if I'm not happy with her!! She also said there was no one I could talk to and laughed!!!! When I told her I was going to make a review she said 'go ahead I don't care' and laughed! I will never ever go to this place again! The sad part is that the doctor is great!! But he hired someone with absolutely know compassion!!!!

Expert in his field
My 14yr old needed all 4 wisdom teeth out. He was fast and efficient. The staff was educated and sweet. This Dr had all 4 of my sons teeth out in 10mins! He is fantastic at what he does. They made a scary experience quick and easy. Definitely recommend him.

Don't believe the bad reviews.
I just had 5 teeth removed. He was very patient and gentle with a very calming voice. He allowed plenty of time for the numbing to take effect. He explained everything and did an excellent job! Staff was excellent as well. The only negative is that it is extremely hard to get through to the office by phone. I would not hesitate to be seen there again and will send friends/family if needed. 10/10 A+

Awesome Service
My son was in a car accident that left his gum line fractured, I was so nervous to take my son because of the reviews. But let me say the reviews are false. Dr Blocher was able to push my sons teeth back into place, he was kind, and efficient. We were out of the office in less than an hour. He explained everything to my son and my son said he can tell that Dr. Blocher cares about his patients. We had a great experience and will be returning. Don’t believe the negative reviews, this man is nothing like those reviews suggest.

He was a very mean insensitive dentist he told my 3 year old child that he was being foolish and then walked out for awhile because my son was scared and crying over being poked with a needle in his gums. Please never have him as a dentist or take your children to him. We did not go through with the procedure and we will never come to him again. If I could give him 0 stars I would.

Runnnn!!!!!
Worst experience ever. I got a tooth removed and it was the most painful I ever experienced at a dentist. He came in asked which tooth was bothering me I let him know he put numbing gel on my gum and did something with the needle and left out. Came back a couple minutes and ask was it tingling I said no. He said it suppose to tingle when it’s numb well it wasn’t even numb I go to my regular dentist and I know what numb is like. Anyway he start to extract the tooth nothing but pain I tell him it hurts he just start having a conversation with his assistant and keep pulling. At this point I’m holding on the chair tight and lifting my waist because it’s that painful. He then got the nerve to say it’s just the pressure when I said it hurts the second time. I know pressure vs pain. Im telling you he did not numb it right because you will know if it’s numb when you can’t feel one side of your face and lip and that was not the case. I would not recommend this Dentist at all. Runnnnn!!!!!

Worst dental experience of my life
Dr. Blocher was verbally nice, but that's where the care stopped. He injected the anesthetic like he was killing his prey. Very fast in and out, in and out, and some so fast and deep that he hit a nerve or even bone if that's even possible, but that's what it felt like. When the procedure began, it was so painful because I was not given anesthetic in all the right places. He had to give me more anesthetic at that point. When he started drilling, he hit some point where it jolted me and I jumped. I was not given sunglasses and the light was so bright I had to squeeze my eyes shut. I was gripping the seat so hard and had my legs bent upwards because I was so scared. The back of my neck hurt really bad from clenching my neck muscles from fear of something going horribly wrong. Materials were put on my chest that they would be using during the procedure and tubing from the drill laid across my face during the procedure. 5 minutes after and I'm in pain. I would not recommend Dr. Blocher.
