Dr. Cain is a great family doctor. He is willing to treat more than a cold without referring you out to a specialist. He has been my primary doctor for years and hopefully for many more. He has treated my children and grandchildren and diagnosed a heart condition on my granddaughter that was missed at delivery by a pediatrician.

In two different instances, my primary care Dr. was unavailable to see me for ongoing conditions and I ended up seeing Dr. Cain instead. In both of those situations, he diagnosed my health issues, literally within minutes. One was gallbladder problems and he pushed against my health insurance for me to have a cholecystectomy. I had suffered with that for 8 plus years with the other doctor, who did send me for gallbladder testing, but I never failed the tests. Dr. Cain paid attention to me and my symptoms, not just the test results. The day after my surgery, I felt better than I had felt in those 8 years! Thank God Dr. Cain pays attention to his patients!!

I initially went to Dr. Cain because I was experiencing new concerning symptoms. He prescribed me medication without going into the root cause and when I showed up two weeks later with the same issues, he continued to push more medications without trying to find what was wrong. I am in the process of switching doctors because of the lack of care and concern from him and his office staff.

I was 19 and he put me on a drug not recommended for my age group, did not give me any warning of discontinuation syndrome associated with said drug, and did not help me whatsoever. He threw the most profitable drug down my throat earning big bucks from corporations instead of what would help me the most

He was not helpful and gave up attempting to diagnose my issues once it challenged him. His nurse inside the room was unprofessional and made me feel like I was doing something wrong by explaining there was little improvement.with my pain medication. I switched doctors and now off pain medicine because I wasnt properly diagnosed..They never called with abnormal test results. I.went there for 15 years and trusted the office with my care. I would not recommend him to anyone. Happy I made a change!

Cain pushes meds without discussion of alternative solutions to health issues, even when asked for options
