Very unprofessional
Dr. Gremillion, and Our Lady of the Lake, “ administrative staff”, are VERY unprofessional ! I’ve been a patient under his care for years, and out the blue, I went to the pharmacy ,to refill my prescriptions, and was told, by the pharmacy, that The doctor canceled all refills. I immediately called the Dr.’s office, and no one at the front knew what was going on, and Dr. Gremillion, wouldn’t see me, or schedule an appointment, explaining what was going on. His Nurse, and all the front office staff, are great, and always went above and beyond to help, and they are super friendly. Whatever the reason, I was no longer to be under his care, I feel like a patient of his for years, ho should have seen me and explained what changed. While at the office, trying to see what was going on, Dr. Gremillion, was in the eyesight, behind the front desk, I asked the front desk to ask him to speak with me, and let me know what the issue was, and if he had anyone to refer me to! Dr. Gremillion is an awesome Dr. He has a great bedside manner and cares for his Patients. I sit and wait maybe 5 minutes before he calls me to the back and he will sit and listen to his Patients without hesitation. I have been seeing him for several years and will continue to see him and other family members have seen him as well. He always remembers his Patients. Thank you Dr. Gremillion for taking good care of me. A BIG thumbs up ??!!

I've been seeing Dr. Gremillion for years and would be heartbroken if I had to change. He's caring, knowledgeable, and takes the time to ask/answer questions with good info. LOVE him!

I have been seeing Dr. Gremillion for 20 years and am very happy with him. He has a lot of experience and can recognize problems based on symptoms very easily. He is very friendly and doesn't make me feel stupid for not eating healthy and exercising like I should, yet encourages me to do it. I recommend him to everyone.
