My first visit with Dr. Fiani was because I had chronic back pain. Dr. Fiani was patient, listened, examined and then made suggestions to move forward. I am now 82 and Dr. Fiani was the first doctor in my long experience, who made EVERY effort to find the cause and solution. My daughter needed an expert opinion from a neurosurgeon. I recommended Dr. Fiani. She was very pleased with his diagnosis and recommendation to her doctor, as well as his bedside manner. If you require the services of a neurosurgeon, Dr. Fiani is the best! His education and medical knowledge is stellar!

Made my life better, I recommend highly
I had a car crash and had a cervical herniated disc in my neck causing sever neck pain down my right arm. My right arm was going numb. He performed an anterior cervical discectomy and fusion to take pressure off my nerve. I felt the relief immediately after surgery! I did great and now I am 6 months post-op doing so well. I am very happy. Highly recommend.

Warm, welcoming, and good educator.
I am so thankful everyday for scheduling my appointment with Dr. Fiani. I literally pray to God thanking him for sending Dr. Fiani into my life, I am beyond grateful. I was in a bad car accident and immediately experienced bad low back pain down my legs. I tried everything but the pain wouldn't go away. I scheduled my appointment with Dr. Fiani and from the very start he was warm and welcoming and taught me about my MRI imaging. He made sure I tried all of the non-surgical options first and when the time came I chose to have surgery with him and the experience was PERFECTION. He performed a lumbar decompression and fusion. He did it minimally invasively so I left the hospital the next day. I returned to my desk job in 1 week. ALL (and I mean absolutely ALL) of the pain in my back and numbness in my legs that I had before surgery is gone now. What a new chance at life. He cured me of all the pain and I am so happy.

Highly Recommend
My experience was fantastic. I saw him for the consultation and he has great bedside manner. He showed me my xray and mri which no one ever has before. I am grateful he took the time with me. The surgery went very well and my sciatica pain is all gone now. I had a TLIF surgery which he did minimally invasively through tiny incisions. I am one month postop now and doing great. You should see him. I tell all my friends to see him. Looking forward to golfing soon again.

Dr. Fiani was great! I had really bad neck pain down my arms and my hands were always tingling. He did a 2 level discectomy and fusion called ACDF. All my symptoms were gone after surgery. I went home the same day with no pain.

Finally, the top Neurosurgeon in US Dr. Fiani
I have nothing more to say or do, my 3 month search is over forever. As soon as I began reading Dr. Fiani's biography, education, awards,, his reviews, along with the best schools he attended , the top student, etc. and his acheivements are endless. Then I had my first appointment with him december 15, 2023 and I am so ready to have him do my surgery and get me back to the athlete that I was. In 2010, I had an injury at work that required surgery after all else had failed for years before the final blow. I had a not so great cerv fusion and 2 more revisions after that one in 2014 and one in 2018 and I gained 50 lbs. I have learned more then i wanted too and I know how to pick a great surgeon. For 14 years I been waiting to get my life back to what it was and Dr. Fiani will be the one to get me back on my roller skates: I am an avid skater. After my surgery, you will read my success story.

Incredibly Knowledgeable and Talented Surgeon
Dr Fiani performed a 2-level microdiscectomy on me in early August, and it couldn't have gone better. From the initial consult meeting, Dr Fiani was professional, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, and just very easy to talk to. He took time to talk through the procedure with me, going as far as pulling up video and pictures online and using a model of a skeleton to show different parts, and answered every single question I had without cutting me off, looking irritated, or anything even remotely similar. And to that point, there was never a question he wasn't able to answer intelligently and completely. This guy knows his stuff. The surgery itself went well, and my recovery at home was relatively pain free. The hardest part about recovery so far was essentially being bedridden for a few days immediately after surgery. I was able to get up (carefully and slowly) and walk around a bit, but not much else...I highly recommend Dr Fiani for anyone experiencing nerve or back pain.

The go-to spine doc
Back problems have run in my family. By no surprise I was having pain in my lumbar spine since high school football. I couldn’t live with it so I heard of Dr. Fiani for his expertise and went and saw him. I’m glad I did. Surgery went great, my pain was gone. He did it minimally invasive so I went back to work the next day from home office. I own a large architectural firm and now I refer all my employees to see him as their go-to spine doc.

Laminectomy, microdiscectomy, and fusion
After I fell off a ladder, I could barely walk. I started to have issues going to the bathroom along with my back pain and my wife took me to the ER. Dr. Fiani saw me immediately and fixed my back. Turns out I fractured the bone in my lumbar spine and herniated a disc at the same level. He did a great job on my surgery.

cervical radiculopathy - perfect results
Dr. Fiani is the best. I had cervical radiculopathy from a pinched nerve in my neck and he did surgery to remove the disc pressing on the nerve. He was caring and explained things very thoroughly to me. The results of surgery were perfection!

best choice
Had a laminectomy on my L3-L4 vertebrae and I went home from surgery the same day. I am now one year post op to the day and I’m still doing great. I’m pain free. I’m walking without pain, no cane & have strength back in my leg & back. He’s hands down an excellent Doctor. Dr. Fiani is your best choice.
