Dr Forsythe always listens and asks great questions. He has a very comfortable way of engaging and discussing issues important to me.

I had a complete meniscal root tear. Dr Forsythe took the time to explain my injury to me, and he also gave me options as to how to move forward. I chose to do the root repair. I am beyond impressed with the care I received from start to finish. He set me up with a nutritional program, suggested an ice device, fitted me for a brace, and had me set up my physical therapy appointments to be ready after surgery. Wow—it was like clockwork. Additionally my physical therapy at Midwest Orthopedics has been outstanding with very knowledgeable, caring and competent therapists. My follow up care has been fabulous and my time is always respected—not to mention that everyone I have come in contact with has been very kind and professional. Dr Forsythe is brilliant, skilled and caring; it is clear that he is well respected, and my new mobility is proof of his outstanding work. Highly, highly recommend.

I been truly Blessed to be under the care of Dr. Forsythe. I can't believe it's been 10 plus years. Simply put, Dr. Forsythe is AMAZING, he's among the best surgeons in the nation. I'm on the edge of being a 'Baby Boomer' where my body is aging faster than my mind and I can't keep up. I care so much for Dr. Forsythe I've referred my sister and other family members to his Practice. The doctor's WHOLE TEAM from Mary Ellen up to the Doctor himself are the very best at what they do. I had my second total shoulder replacement with Dr Forsythe because my first one with him was so successful. Wanting a qualified surgeon is without question and Dr Forsythe successful surgeries is backed by the number of professional athletes he sees as well as the number of repeat patients he has like me. Dr. Forsythe is AMAZING! I had torn rotator cuff and bicep surgery on both shoulders about three years apart. One shoulder in 2021 & the other shoulder in 2024. I highly recommend family and friends to him as well. He is very caring and knowledgeable, and explains everything in detail. He really cares about his patients and takes the time to answer your questions and concerns. His staff is great and the Oak Brook location is very clean and nice with an attached, covered parking garage.

Dr. Forsythe has been monitoring my shoulder for several years. As my shoulder continued to degrade, we finally decided to perform a full replacement. I work out daily and needed a device that supported my active lifestyle. He suggested a newer device that claimed to be unrestricted in movement after recovery. The surgery went well and I am still in the recovery phrase. Dr. Forsythe is great physician and listens to patients. He has scoped my knee and my friend's knee. I highly recommend him.

In January, 2024, I had fallen and torn my right hamstring. It was determined in early February that I would need surgery to have the hamstring re-attached. Dr. Forsythe and his team provided me with thorough information as to what the surgery would entail, the recovery period as well as the extensive physical therapy that would be needed. His demeanor was extremely professional, friendly and answered all of my questions and concerns which put my mind at ease about the surgery and recovery time. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Forsythe for patients looking for an excellent Orthopaedic surgeon.

Excellent results from complete reverse shoulder replacement

The PA was friendly, efficient, and engaged. Dr. Forsythe was pleasant and addressed my concerns. Although this visit was more timely, previous ones resulted in extended wait times.
