Uncaring unproffessinal and rude my poor daughter has had problems on both her feet and he blatantly ignored her condition and said he cant help her to go see a dermatologist MIND YOU HES A FOOT DOCTOR took several months to get an appointment with this IDIOT No doubt in my mind that he ignored her condition and blew her off because she is special needs I am going too report this to the medical board /his superior

Dr. Fradette Did not listen, gave no diagnosis or help. His summary from my appointment stated completely contrary facts to the complaints I voiced to him proving he simply did not listen. This forced me to go to another doctor with the exact same list of complaints. I was immediately given a diagnosis and a plan of correction. I complained that I should not have to pay him and also pay another doctor too. He took no responsibility. He is completely inafective

Dr. Fradette takes the time necessary to answer all questions and explain his procedures. I never feel rushed and he did an excellent job on my bunion repair 2 years ago. Am going to get the other one fixed soon.

Have been several times. Waiting time is fairly short. Last visit was only a few minutes. He saw me examined my complaint, explained it all to my satisfaction. Even was patient with my dumb questions. His "chairside" manner was patient and friendly. I went to him because my daughter had seen him and was very happy. The office staff was accommodating. Had some insurance issues that were addressed even though it took some time to do so.
