Dr. Frank is the best! I’ve had to fight tooth and nail for the Gastro . The Hospital picked up from my husband, which was not my Gastro doctor doctor. Frank and I can tell you there’s a huge difference between Dr. Frank and the others. He is compassionate, empathetic. He and his staff call you back. They’re on top of everything. They are the best of the best I was assigned to him through the hospital and I will not look anywhere else. I am very grateful for this office and I pray he never retires lol

Dr Frank is amazing, kind, compassionate and truly listens and takes time with you, and you never feel rushed. He cares about your well being and I greatly appreciate that and him.

Dr. Frank and his office staff are very pleasant, polite and professional. My first appointment with Dr. Frank was with my wife and daughter. He was very patient in all his answers to our questions. He was concerned about us understanding everything about my condition. Over the past five years I began to throw up almost everything I was eating. Dr. Frank, during a routine endoscopy saw my hiatal hernia that no gastro doctor (believe it or not) saw. He recommended I see Dr. Siegal a surgeon. I was able to get an appointment. My hiatal hernia was preventing my food from fully entering my stomach. Dr. Frank sent me for testing and two weeks ago the the procedure was done, and now I'm eating food again without any issues. I, as is my family's extremely grateful to Dr. Frank because now I will eat out again. He did his due diligence and saved my future with his diagnosis. I will always be thankful for his abilities. If your looking for a great gastroenterologist, you found him.

Dr Frank is understanding and sympathetic and has strong diagnostic skills. Highly recommended!

I was pleased and impressed that Dr. Frank had reviewed my file prior to my appointment. I knew this because in our meeting he was aware of the results of previous testing I had undergone and we discussed them.

Dr. Frank actually listens to his patient. Makes recommendations. And looks at reasons why a patient is experiencing symptoms.

My doctor retired and had to find another doctor for my condition, I went to Dr. Frank and very disappointed with my treatment or lack of, all he did was run tests, never heard back from these test always had to call in to a call center and and wait to hear back. I was sick and called to see what treatment after the tests, I was told to go to ER, I have a doctor why would I go and spend the money to go to ER, after no results with Dr. Frank I went to ER and they ran all these test again and said to follow up with my doctor. Always got a different answer from the call center after being on hold for 30 minutes. I have never experienced anything like this. After 3 months of trying to get help I have made and appointment with another doctor, I hope this one is caring and compassionate of the condition I have. I feel they make better money doing Colonoscopies and endoscopies to care about the sick patients.

Explained the procedure (colonoscopy) and expectations. Good bedside manner and was thorough in explaining what he found. Staff was excellent. Very pleased and have no concerns recommending Dr. Frank.

Dr Frank takes the time to go over issues and concerns you may have. I am a much more informed patient because of him.

Since leaving a review about having a hard to reaching the office I stopped by there & the front desk was very helpful as usual. They got a couple people involved including the practice manager & I do not think there will be any more problems!

Dr. Frank's is friendly, professional, took his time listening to me, answering my questions, explaining things I needed clarification on. He is young and has new fresh ideas and knowledge. He is up in all the latest data regarding my issues. I left my appointment wishing I had a PCP like him!

Met with Dr. Frank, who came in when Dr. Harris retired, for the first time. He took the time to chat about what was going on with me, and recommended a logical course of action. I'm very glad to have seen him.

Unfortunately I can’t recommend this doctor and his office never called me back to discuss this matter.
