Awful office staff
Terrible wait times, passive aggressive office staff, never answer the phone, long wait times, Dr. really doesn't care, you're just a number.

In great hands with Dr Freed
I’ve seen Dr. Freed for 2 epidurals. I have a pretty bad herniated disc in my lower back and severe spinal stenosis as a result. Dr. Freed was very thorough in explaining my options and what approach he recommended. I was incredibly nervous going into the epidural procedure but he talked me through the entire process and it wasn’t as bad as I thought.

Love Dr. Freed!
Dr. Freed changed my life! At 28 I could barely walk with such horrible lower back pain as well as other nerve pains stemming from my back issues. He assessed my situation and figured out what was wrong and quickly followed through with a treatment plan. I wound up getting an epidural and was very nervous but he really puts your mind at ease. He is so great and so is the whole staff. Very kind and comforting. I even had a bad flare up where I needed another epidural before a vacation and he was willing to squeeze me in so that I didn’t have to suffer the whole time. I truly believe he cares about his patients. I even sent a co-worker to him who wound up loving him and the office as well. 10/10 would reccomend!

Great doctor, difficult office staff
Dr Freed is great. Easy to talk to, listens and is solid in his responses and recommendations. I never felt judged or pressured when presented with options. I was there for a pinched nerve, and not much for him to do if I didn’t want an epidural or drugs. But he was very understanding and a good advocate for moderate care. The problem is calling and getting someone if you have a question. It took me a while to get a nurse on the phone when I was rescheduling the epidural. I wish there were more direct access to him or his nurses when you have follow up questions.

Not Good With Records or Follow Up
Decent doctor. Good listener. Sadly he doesn’t care at all about the follow up or records.I’ve been waiting over 4 months for insurance required documents. Several faxes, phone calls and hours on hold and still nothing. Not attorney friendly should you be in a car accident. I was told the records would be free but was charged $1200 for records the attorney told me I needed.

Seems to pay attention
After telling him of the history of the injury. He asked a few questions, did a few test and made a diagnosis, that the last two doctors missed.
