Dr. Heffelfinger is an amazing surgeon who actually listens to a patient's input and acts upon it. He changed my original lens choice between my first and second cataract surgery to give me the best possible result. I highly recommend him to anyone needing such surgery.

Dr. Heffelfinger at Fox Valley Opthalmology is always very pleasant. He isn't pushy with services or medications (dry eye), and offers natural alternatives if you desire. Only reason for minus 1 star is I waited 40 minutes for him after the assistant checked my eyes and put dilating drops in. But, considering the pandemic, not really that bad. He's usually more prompt.

He explains everything in detail so you know what the problem is, and how to solve it. For emergency care... he is the best! I am an artist and my business depends on my eyesight!!
