Dr Heil is a CLASS ACT! He also has an amazing staff… I’m a little over 2 weeks post op & am very happy with how I look!! I know I have time left to heal, and I anticipate the end results!! The kindness and compassion Dr Heil shows his patients is how I wish EVERY doctor/surgeon was. He restored my faith in cosmetic surgery. I feel like me again!!! Dr Heil is the BEST!! I thank you and your amazing staff for making me feel great again. He is so personable and answered every question honestly and ended up making me look better than I wanted to be!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR HEIL to anyone interested in any type of cosmetic procedure. From consultation till day of surgery till present day, ALL staff has treated me amazing!! THANK YOU DR HEIL & STAFF!!!

Dr. Heil was absolutely wonderful. He was very thorough with my consultation visit and felt that his main priority was making sure I was educated on my procedure and what to expect after it. All of his office staff, including the PAs, are fabulous and super helpful. I had the best experience with my surgery and plan on going back in the future!

Consultation went very well. All of my questions were answered. The staff really took time to make me feel comfortable and was not rushed at all. Listened to my concerns. Staff was very friendly and the doctor was thorough. Came out feeling much better about the procedure.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Heil’s since 2009. I’ve had surgical procedures, injectables, laser treatments, etc., over the years. Dr Heil’s surgical work is exemplary, which is why there have been a few procedures. Zac has done the injectables and has a deft hand. There’s minimal bruising, swelling, and I’ve always been pleased with the results. The other treatments I’ve experienced have been very enjoyable; and given the results as promised. The atmosphere is very lush, calming, and soothing. I think we’re very fortunate to have Dr Heil and his talented, friendly staff here in Pittsburgh.

Had a thorough consultation where Dr. Heil told me what he could do and what he thought would be the best procedure, given what I wanted (Abdominoplasty). He told me different possible outcomes and showed me potential results. I was realistic with my expectations and was satisfied with the consult.

Awesome experience from beginning to end, and the entire process is done with the utmost professionalism and is very systematic. Friendly staff, beautiful waiting area, and Dr. Heil made me feel as if I was his most important priority. He did not rush through my appointment and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. I am so impressed with my experience and look forward to my upcoming procedure!

I recently visited Dr. Heil's office for a consultation for breast augmentation. The front dest staff were friendly, professional, and definitely took necessary measures to keep the place sanitized and clean. The Physician's assistant was the first person I met with during the consultation and she was fantastic, answering all of my questions thoroughly, offering her advice and recommendations on sizing, and just being pleasant and professional. I then saw Dr. Heil. He spent a lot of time going over what the procedure would entail, answered my questions, and was friendly and knowledgable. Afterwards, I met with someone to discuss the financial piece and she was fabulous and friendly as well. Everyone in this office is pleasant, positive, and friendly, which is nice to see in a doctor's office. The office itself is also very nice and welcoming in decor and style.
