Dr. Kelley is trained in Hand Surgery and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery. He completed medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. His residency training was at the University of Michigan with a sub-specialty fellowship in hand surgery. He lives in Austin with his wife and daughter.
