Exceptional Doctor
I walk out of this office feeling truly better! Just a Fantastic experience. I most certainly recommend! Particularly for the PTSD folks.

Best psychiatrist I've seen
I have spent years under the care of a psychiatrist. Throughout the years, different techniques and medications have been used by different physicians. It was not until I saw Dr Kelty that we were able to come up with a plan that has in effect "cured" my mental disorder. I may never be totally cured, but I am able to be stable and live each day feeling joy and contentment. I would highly recommend Dr. Kelty.

I've had problems with my emotional health for years. Dr kelty has brought me to the point that I enjoy life again. That's hard to find. He has an excellent bed side manner. I recommend to all

Dr Kelty listened to me and validated my symptoms. He was honest about his lack of exposure to my syndrome and took appropriate measures to consult his mentors for advice in moving forward with recommendations.
