Met with Brian about swollen knee. Had a MRI and x-rays done. Brian told me my knee cartilage was in bad shape and there was nothing he could do. Brian said I had very little knee cartilage left and should avoid any activities ( running, hiking, snowboarding). He advised me to run only in emergencies and would need a knee replacement in the near future. Went to Penn Cartilage for 2nd opinion on my knee. The doctor said I had a small cartilage defect. After having surgery I'm 100%
