I can't believe this doctor has the good reviews he does. Broke my ankle on March 14th 2024. Saw Dr Kindl on the 19th. He seemed like he was bouncing off the walls. Talking very fast. He said he would send out an order for a walking boot that night. He wanted me to use that and start with physical therapy. Well it's March 26th and I'm still in the original splint I was given in the emergency room. Still have not received the boot though his assistant says she sent the request this afternoon after I got angry with her, and my husband called to light a fire under their behinds. No idea if they did or not because I still don't have the boot. Since my ankle hasn't had support in 11 days now, the pain was very low after the first night but now there's a persistent ache. I'm afraid there's more damage to the bone because he couldn't be bothered to promptly send in the order to get my foot properly immobilized for a good week before I started doing any physio. So no, no physio yet. It was ok talking to him during the appointment (other than his odd jittery behavior) but now I feel completely ignored and not taken seriously, not to mention worried about my foot. At the very least, the splint should have been replaced by a new one while I was there so that it gave me something resembling support. I feel like I'm an afterthought or invisible and that he would have ignored me completely or forgotten about me if my husband hadn't gotten involved. I'm going to see a new doctor. And I swear, if it turns out that something has changed for the worse on my xrays, there will be consequences.

Caught him in 3 lies
I have zero trust in Dr Kindl. I have caught him in 3 lies. In my patient portal he stated twice that we went over ice and heat therapy when in reality he said nothing about that. After being misdiagnosed, I have a broken bone in my shoulder. Once again in my portal he stated that he showed me exercises to do when in fact he told me not to lift anything heavy and if something hurt to stop doing it. If Dr Kindl lied about these 3 little things I have 0 doubt that he wouldn’t lie about bigger things. He may be a great doctor put I’m not sticking around to find out. Did he think I was so stupid that I wouldn’t look at my portal and catch him in a lie?

Everyone from Erica at the Front Desk to Brittany and Ashley as the Medical Team were patient, courteous and compassionate. Dr Kindl himself, actually listened and after reviewing all the information, gave a diagnosis and discussed what it meant for my recovery. Truly grateful for such great medical care & personnel in this time of pandemic.

I couldn't make an appointment because his receptionist is very rude. I'm sorry, but when a new patient calls crying, you don't just abruptly interrupt and place the call on hold.

Dr. Kindl was truly a great help when my mom needed hip surgery. Not only did he take the time to explain to our family what was happening and why, he made sure he placed my mom with an orthopedic surgeon that specialized in her needs and followed up with me after just in case I had any questions or concerns. Dr. Kindl is an exceptional orthopedic doctor and will be my #1 choice for all of my family's future orthopedic needs!

Im Kevin Hernandez, Im 59 and my wrist was shattered and in bad shape. Dr. Kindl called and offed to do a Volar Plate Proceedure. Its 3 weeks ater surgery, and my wrist is coming along fine. I got a look at my x rays a few days ago, and what I saw was a masterpiece. Dr. Kindl is an artist at surgical proceedures. I highly recommend him for any ortho surgery. And him, Hes COOL COOL COOL
