He is a great MD, He listens and cares. Has helped me personally with finding the best medications for my mental problems and offers assistance finding best talk therapy and methods to use. He explains things and offers great suggestions that help me. I never feel rushed or not heard or validaded after one of his visits.

Dr. Masterson helped me to finally figure out the cause of my problems after 4 other specialists weren't able to. He was willing to put in the effort to try out a gauntlet of different medications with me until we found something that worked. He it's very honest and direct, which is something that I appreciate.

He does not care about his patients and nor does he staff. They do not make it possible to get a hold of them if there is problems. Worst excuse for a doctor that I have ever met. My "30" minute appointments were typically 5 minutes and after at least a 45 minute wait after my scheduled time.

I have been seeing different doctors for 12 years now. I have never in my life been treated so wrong then when I was going to see Dr. Brian Masterson. You can have a medical emergency and you don't hear back from him up to 2 weeks, even if you call everyday. The receptionists say that there is no such thing as patient doctor confidentiality. I left after hearing that and found a new phyciatrist. If I had the space I would tell you all the bad you need to know. Please do not go to this 'doctor'.

I have been Dr. Masterson's patient for over two years now and he is nothing short of a life-saver and miracle worker. He never hesitates to spend the time I need, even if it means going over my time limit. Because of this fact, I never mind waiting if he's running late. (Nice on the eyes, too. . .)

He is such an amazing person. I've yet to find a psychiatrist as amazing as him. We work extremely well together to make sure I get the care and treatment I need.
