Great doctor and great staff!
After my surgery (back fusion) with Dr. Miller I'm back to skiing and kayaking, things I haven't done in years! I thought I'd have to live with my back pain forever but thanks to Dr. Miller I feel 20 years younger and have a new lease on life. He does minimal micro surgery and really took his time explaining everything to me and my husband before the surgery. Can't recommend enough

I would highly recommend!!!!!
Dr. Brian Miller repair a failed surgery I had in 2014 from an well recommended Anchorage back surgeon. I had been suffering with progressive lower back pain for 10 plus years. I had approx. 30 injections from several pain management doctors, with no relief over that period of time. I became so discouraged with no pain relief I had to retire early and was in chronic pain everyday. Dr Brian Miller removed screws and plates from my previous surgery and discovered a bone growing into my nerves. He corrected the problem with non-invasive surgery in April and today was my last appointment with him. I feel better than I have in 10 years and am totally pain free!!! I can walk again and am beginning to do all the things I once did before the failed surgery. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is suffering from back pain!!! I'm so happy I didn't give up and found Dr Miller. His office staff was outstanding also.

My initial consultation with Dr. Miller was good-- he spent plenty of time with me, answered all of my questions, and did not come off like a salesman. I haven't seen him since my surgery 6 months ago, this does not concern me because of his outstanding PAs. The PAs are professional, friendly, and as far as I am concerned, very competent. The neck surgery took care of my symptom, which oddly enough was not neck pain. Follow-through by some of the staff however, is inconsistent, and that is a complement. One of several examples: I called on a Wednesday with an unusual symptom. The person said "I will speak w/the PA and call you back with what the plan is." By Friday I hadn't heard anything so I called back. "Oh I will talk to the PA when she gets back from her 3-day weekend".

Dr. Miller was both professional and knowledgeable. He performed an ACDF on my C5-C6-C7. Before, during, and after he has been very informative about everything. I have been treated with nothing but respect by both Dr. Miller, and his office staff (which awesome also!). I would recommend Dr. Miller to any and everyone, and I'm extremely happy to call him my doctor.

Dr Miller as a person is nice and he did a good job surgically. HOWEVER, his office manager/insurance manager, will LIE to you to your face about benefits and costs. She even helped us get a benefit level exception with our insurance company and then stuck us with a $19,828 bill!!!!!!!!! Having repeatedly asked her, Are we going to get some big bill from this given that we have the benefit level exception? EVERY time we were told, You should be fine. FINE? BEWARE!
