Great person but service could be better

I will be brutally honest and say that I am a patient person and I do not like to give conflicts or bad attitudes but the office of Dr. Brian Morrison really put my patience and attitude to the test because it is super difficult to be able to communicate with their office (I have even been on the phone for 1 hour and no answer), added to that they do not commit and do not send the documentation for the pre-authorizations, it is already August and they diagnosed me with a treatment in July that should have started a while ago and to this day I am still without my treatment. He’s a nice person but I went for what I need and I still don’t have it

Excellent MD. Showed real understanding of my condition and prescribed medication that led to complete recovery within the expected amount of time. For years, I had been asking about this problem and Dr. Morrison was really the first person to treat it adequately. I recommend him very highly.

Excellent Doctor, will listen to your needs and is alway very responsive and kind. Will give you the best treatment plan. After visiting many Dermatologist's Offices at Miami, he was the one that have ended my daughter's Acne and have giving my son the best Eczema treatment.

I have. Very bad experience with this dr idont recommend , no time with patien and he is like to fly I. The sky , very unprofessional coughing with the patien I contract very bad cold.
