Dr. Brian Norouzi, MD

Dr. Norouzi came to visit me when I was admitted to the hospital even though I had not been an established patient. We had requested him based on several positive recommendations. He reviewed my tests and explained what we needed to do. He was patient and took time to answer all my questions completely. After I got out of the hospital, we had one pre-op appointment and then a surgery within a month of my initial diagnosis. He made sure to fast track my surgery based on my need. The surgery was awesome. His follow-up care was awesome. I have zero complaints and would recommend him to anybody needing a urologist.

Terrible office staff at new Santa Ana location. Phone notification system does not work. Showed up for scheduled appointment doctor was not in and I was never notified of change but the staff wanted to tell me how wrong I was. I'm unlikely to return even though I think he a great doctor.

Dr Norouzi is an excellent physician and surgeon. He has operated on me twice. First in 2007 and again in 2019. He is a very nice man with an excellent bed side manner. I would recommend him without hesitation.

I have been going to Dr. Norouzi for sometime now and the first time I met him, I was extremely impressed with his kindness and concern with what I was going through. He assured me that he would do everything possible to correct the situation and when I left his office I knew I had made the right choice in making an appointment. His staff is beyond caring and it is a feeling of ease when I walked into his office for the first time. I highly recommend Dr Norouzi!

Dr. Norouzi is genuine and caring. He is patient centered and thorough in explaining conditions, available options, and when providing services (surgical and non-surgical). I was so fortunate the day that I was referred to him.

I was told by someone's opinion I trust that Dr.Norouzi is the type of of person you can really talk to and I found that to be true on my 1st visit. He expressed a sincere interest in my medical situation. I found him to be quite engaging, well informed and quite proficient. I tend to ask a lot of questions and he took the time to answer them all. I visited his office twice and he spent more time with me than most doctors do. His front office was A++ especially Nancy.
