Dr. Ross helped my father with a time sensitive health issue. He was very caring and listened to my dad's concerns, spending extra time to listen. He is very competent and direct. Highly recommend

Dr. Ross is a good doctor, however his male nurse is incompetent and rude and arrogant. He needs to replace him with someone more professional!

Dr. Ross is a good physician. He has responded to my questions with details in person and in writing. He has ordered appropriate tests and provided a review of the results. When further care is needed he has referred me specialists. This doctor spends time with you, probably at the expense of meeting a practicing quota. He is competent with a good bedside manner.

Dr. Ross is great--he listens to you and has realistic recommendations. I feel like he's not just trying to get you out the door.

Excellent. I have seen Dr. Ross for a couple of years. He is very caring, great bedside manner and treats the whole patient. He is easy to recommend to friends. When you find a good doctor you make every effort to stay with them. I have been very happy with Dr. Ross and his thorough treatment.

Dishonest and unprofessional. Brian will only check your symptoms on the piedmont symptom checker and diagnose you without examining you. He provided nothing but a google printout then he padded his medical notes to cover his incompetence. When I tried to report him - Piedmont indicated the file said he spent 45 minutes with me, offered medication that I declined, and I indicated chest pain. None of which are true and I'm 31 so the chest pain is pretty far-fetched.

Dr. Ross was EXTREMELY unhelpful. I came in as a new patient, and requested a full annual checkup. He didn't give me a full checkup, and didn't ask me a single personal question. When diagnosing what I thought was a hernia, he didn't think that was my issue, but had no legitimate thoughts on what it might be. Overall, he seemed incredibly inexperienced, and just recommended an ultrasound and urine/blood tests for HIV and STD's. There's a 0% chance I have an STD, but he never even asked - Lousy.

Arrogant, uncommunicative and determined to do what he wanted no matter what. I grew up with two parents who had life long medical conditions- I have the seen the good & the bad and Dr Ross is the bad. Today'a visit was our first time with him- he was not personable, curious or king, My whole family sees another physician in this practice & we love him & the staff. Dr Ross was just terrible! He could have cared less what we thought.
