Worst bedside manner; he treated my son and I with disrespect; rushed us out without providing treatment, knowledge, nor next steps. Not sure how this guy has a license

I thought his attention was excellent, very focused on his work, professional and friendly. Besides that, he had nice chemistry with my son.

Dr. Scannell is so Great at what he does, he has been soo friendly and supportive. Every visit that we have had with him he has made me and my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Scannell did my daughter surgery on her femur bone 3-19-2024 it has healed really well I can say I’m very happy he was able to do my daughter surgery on the most traumatic day of her life. Dr Scannell is very thorough and your child is the priority when being seen.

My husband and I drive an hour and a half to Charlotte to have our little girl seen and treated by Dr. Scannell. The amazing team, wonderful customer service, excellent bedside manners and highly skilled surgeon make the trip worth it. Our daughter is healing nicely and she is so happy. I did my research and spoke to many parents and kiddos that were seen and operated on by Dr. Scannell and everyone was so happy with their experience. He's the real deal. Kind, honest, respectful and he listens to his patients and their parents. We highly highly recommend Dr. Scannell.

My teenage son sees Dr. Scannell for scoliosis. He is extremely understanding, knowledgeable, professional and has never made us feel as if we were rushed during our appointments. He totally understood when my son shared that he didn’t want to have to wear a back brace during the day so a night time brace it is. I would ?? recommend Dr. Scannell.

I wouldn’t recommend Dr Scannell because I didn’t feel like I was a very important patient to him. I wouldn’t want any of my family or friends to feel this way.

Very nice, prepared for children. Asked of I had snacks or needed coloring supplies. Very upfront about the wait time because the doctor was behind but the wait wasn't bad. Everyone was helpful, polite, and knowledgeable.

Dr. Scannel did a wonderful job with our six year old daughter who had a humerus fracture this week. Dr. Scannel put us at ease during our stressful time, and provide us all the details of the procedure in the clearest possible and easily understandable way. Post surgery, Dr. Scannel was kind enough to come and meet me personally in the waiting lobby immediately after to provide updates on the surgery. That really meant a lot to me as an anxious father. I would highly recommend Dr. Scannel to anyone without a second thought. Thank you again.

He takes his time to listen to his patients wants and needs as it pertains to treatment. He’s a great doctor and an amazing man.
