Excellent provider
Dr. Shiple is one of a kind. He treated my foot with a nerve Hydrodissection and PRP of my planter fascia and I was to have 2 rounds of the PRP, I went in today for my second treatment and he informed me he had nothing to treat. Not only did the one treatment he did for me work but he was honest enough to tell me I didn’t need a second treatment, this is what every other provider should strive for. Dr. Brian Shiple is not only extremely knowledgeable but also very trustworthy and kind.

The doctor himself and office is fine. This review is for the actual PRP injections. I spent thousands and was told I wouldn't see results until after 2nd Injection. Well the injections made me much worse, and l ended up needing much more extensive surgery than if I'd just originally gone to a surgeon prior to PRP injections. I wish I'd never had PRP injections as the results were devasting and damaging.

Dr. Shiple is highly trained in the use of ultrasound, and he diagnosed muscle damage that my previous prolotherapists had missed. He told me that my Obliquus Capitis Inferior, Rhomboids, Multifidus, Abductor Hallucis Brevis, and Flexor Digitorum Brevis were all torn. Though, it’s important to note, there was also probably a lot of damage that the ultrasound was not able to pick up on. However, even more important than telling me what was damaged, he told me that he felt with the problems I was presenting with, I probably had underlying issues. On top of serious tissue damage, I also had allergic-like reactions to many foods and substances, nausea, and a bunch of other symptoms that I now know to be associated with MCAS. Unfortunately, my MCAS specialist told me that surgery and stress can raise the baseline level of MCAS. I think my injections raised the severity of my MCAS, but since MCAS has only been a known syndrome since 2007, it's understandable that Dr. Shiple didn't know that.

Dr. Shiple has been a godsend. He has enabled me to walk and hike again after other dr.s said only a replacement knee would help. He is meticulous in helping my body create stem cells, thus bone cushioning where before there had been none. No surgery, no therapy, no misery. Tom Richter, merion, pa.

This is one of the best doctors I have ever been seen by. He has fixed me, my wife, and 92 year old mother . I have had torn rotators, elbow tendentious, all fixed by him. I tell all my friends and family to see him. He tells it like it is, if he can treat you he will, if not ,he will refer you to best doctor that can.

Please do not see this physician. He only cares about money and will misdiagnose you if it gives him an excuse to do expensive and unnecessary treatments. Furthermore, the wait time is extremely long and if (by some miracle) he is actually ready to see you at your scheduled time and you are one or two minutes late, he will complain and spend less time with you.

These people are truly caring and know their stuff. Lindsey at the front desk has been with him for years and is a real asset to the practice. Its not usually fun going to a doctors office, but this place and these people make it all worth it. Dr. Shiple is a rare specialist and well worth the wait.

After 5 yrs of buttock pain 3 different orthopedic doctors and 2 Emgs could not properly diagnosis my injury. In 1 hr and with a physical exam as well ultrasound, Dr Shiple was able to Diagnos my torn hamstring muscle with scar tissue adhesions to sciatic nerve causing the problem. Now I have a proper treatment plan in place to finally be pain free. I wish I'd found this Doctor sooner.!!
