Dr. Smith did my colonoscopy in March. Absolutely awesome Dr. explained everything where you can understand. He also has a wonderful personality. But in my opinion, every physician at the Brian Clinic is fantastic ??.

Dr. Smith was my doctor for about 14 yrs.
Dr. Smith was always caring, had the absolute best bed-side manner, puts you completely at ease and actually takes time to talk with you, get to know you... I have missed him so since he has left, the drs i have tried, they rush u in and out like cattle, and just dont care... i wish him and his family the best though, i know he will do well. Take care (ryan reynolds) lol just know you are missed.

" Best PCP in Alexandria"
I am a 40 yrs old Transfemale Living in Alexandria. It is extremely challenging for the ,LGBTQ community. Dr. Smith treated me " Like a regular Human Being". Dr. Smith was very professional, and made me feel comfortable. The appointment was thorough and had positive results. I would like to say thank you so much to the whole Brian Clinic Staff, and I could really see that everyone really cares about their patients. Thanks for everything!! DR. Smith definitely gives his patients the 5 star Treatment, and For having a great bed side manner. All my prayers for equality finally came true!!!!

The Best Primary Care Doc in Cenla
My husband & I have been using Dr. Smith for app. 15 years before he moved from Hardtner to the Brian Clinic in Alexandria. He is a very caring and compassionate country doctor who always takes his time to listen to each patient's problems and searches for new ways to help them. We will continue to follow him wherever he goes.
