Dr.Straus was beyond knowledgeable on my foot issue. He attended to my needs and listened to what my problem was . His team and the surgery center he works with was amazing, kind, and the process was so organized and supportive. The teams are very helpful. I would recommend Dr.Straus for foot&ankle concerns ! I appreciate his advice and support. Great surgeon !!!

I've seen Dr. Straus for about 15 years now. He is responsive, listens well, explains things well. What I appreciate most is he always does something to help you leave better off than when you came. It says a lot to stay with someone for 15 years.

Dr. Brian Straus is the best foot & ankle surgeon in the DFW area. He came highly recommended to me by other surgeons, patients, sports experts, & even a DFW area orthopedic medical sales mgr. Dr. Straus performed a double arthrodesis on my degenerated foot-ankle in 2024. He is an attentive, focused surgeon in & out of the operating room. His staff is top notch as well - I feel like I have a personal relationship with them. All-Star Orthopaedics has an outstanding surgical team - the surgeons there have done a variety of knee & foot surgeries on my aggressively sporty family members.

The check-in staff was very accommodating, I forgot my mri disc but she let me go back home and get it and see Dr. Straus within 15 minutes of arrival. X-ray was done very efficiently within 10 minutes of being seen. Dr. Straus was to the point , showed me my injury and what needs to be done and why and explained recovery and what the total procedure involves. His nurse gave me the surgery coordinators information. Check out was very efficient as well. Really a 5 stars experience.

This appointment was actually to have orthotics made. Years ago I began suffering from severe plantar fasciitis. Dr. Strauss treated me then with medication, physical therapy, and custom orthotics. I returned to order a new pair of orthotics inserts. His tech is great! I can't imagine going anywhere else for my orthopedic needs

This was my first visit with Dr Straus. I was impressed with the efficiency of his staff and the fact that they took additional x-rays because mine were 2 weeks old. The Dr explained things quickly and thoroughly. I feel confident in allowing him to do my surgery.

I had been to another well-known ortho doctor in Flower Mound and he barely did an exam the sent me to Physical Therapy. Dr Straus immediately took me seriously, ordered an MRI and X-rays and found the torn tendon. The resulting surgery went off perfectly with a regular recovery. Dr Straus was kind and thorough. The rest of his team is also great and his office is very responsive. I would definitely go to him again.

One of the best orthopedic doctors I’ve ever had, but I wish I would have seen more of him after the surgery. Now to the staff.. WOW they are wonderful, from the time I walk in to the time I walk out. I’ve never felt so welcomed in any doctors office…. kudos!

Very underwhelming experience. I felt the injury (not major) and my medical history are of no real concern. My questions very dismissed to the point that I was reluctant to ask any more. No precautions suggested despite a newly fractured toe. Strange to see the high ratings!

Had bone spur surgery. Dr Straus took care of it. Surgery came out great, but recovery is a pain!! Dr Straus has also done surgery on my wife’s feet. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for foot surgery.

I had my 1st foot surgery with Dr. Straus in 2013 and wouldn’t consider any other surgeon when it was time for surgery on my other foot (May 2023). I’ve also sent family and friends to him. He did a successful revision surgery for my cousin that another surgeon messed up and she is now pain free. He knows what is needed and he is an outstanding surgeon. All-Star Orthopaedics is a great practice and they know how to treat issues related to arthritis. I’ve also seen Dr. Schott for knee replacement surgery and Dr. Timon for back surgery. Dr. Schott also did my aunts knee replacement surgeries. This is a great practice for all orthopedic needs and I highly recommend Dr. Straus, Dr. Schott, and Dr. Timon.

I had a successful bunionectomy on my right foot 3 months ago. I had endured excrutiating pain since my early 20s, now I’m in my 50’s. I have not had any pain since my surgery. I followed all his recommendations. I am very grateful for all of Dr. Strauss & his staff care. I look forward to getting my left foot surgery very soon! Dr. Strauss has the best bedside manners and his experience in these type of surgeries is amazing! I highly recommend him!
